Dứa sấy khô giòn tan, có vị chua ngọt rất lạ miệng. Những miếng dứa sấy vàng ươm thơm phức, sẽ là món quà vặt tuyệt vời và lành mạnh cho các bé và người thân trong gia đình.
Dứa cắt bỏ hai đầu, gọt bỏ vỏ. Nhẹ nhàng cắt chéo, khứa bỏ mắt dứa. Thái quả dứa thành những lát mỏng, dày khoảng 2mm.
Pha 500ml nước cùng với muối, khuấy đều cho tan. Cho dứa vào ngâm khoảng 20 phút. Vớt ra để ráo nước. Đổ 500ml nước còn lại vào bát, vắt chanh vào bát nước. Sau đó cho dứa vào rửa qua. Vớt dứa ra ngoài, dùng giấy hoặc khăn sạch thấm khô nước. Đặt giấy nến lên khay nướng, xếp dứa lên trên.
Bật lò nướng ở chế độ sấy 120 độ C, cho khay dứa vào sấy khoảng 45 phút. Tắt lò. Cho dứa đã sấy ra ngoài, dùng giấy sạch thấm khô lại lần nữa. Tiếp đó, cho dứa vào khuôn nướng bánh tròn để khi sấy dứa tạo hình bông hoa. Tiếp tục cho dứa vào lò sấy ở nhiệt độ 100 độ C, sấy khoảng 30 phút hoặc đến khi dứa khô tạo thành hình bông hoa.
Tắt lò, cho dứa ra ngoài để nguội, sau đó cho vào lọ thủy tinh đậy kín nắp dùng dần bạn nhé!
